2002 Build Certificates

What happened to the build certificates? Some of the early builds got them, but some were incorrect, then SVT re-sent those. Anyone else with a 2002 still waiting like me? :wtf:

i believe they only sent them out to those who were messed up...however if you never got one contact SVT and see what they can do.

I talked to SVT well over 2 mo ago and they told me that all of the build certs went out the day before. I realize the potential for the post office to take a while...but come on! :rant: I will try them again tonight. I'll keep you posted.

From what I know over on Focaljet they were saying that the certificates are being printed in batches and those that got incorrect certificates were being reprinted and they should be sending those plus the others out soon.Keep in mind that SVT has to send the certificates to the new owners of the Lightnings and Cobras in addition to the SVTF so that does add up to a lot.

I was told two months ago that mine was in the mail. Still have not seen it.

I got my car in the beginning of August, and didnt get my certificate until like January.

the certificate isnt really that big of a deal. its one of those you want really bad in your hand ASAP, then when you get it, its like no biggy anymore. dont sweat it. its just a piece of paper really. it kind of reminds me of those certificates youd get in junior high if you won the spelling bee, or had perfect attendance.

i threw mine in a frame, and still havent even hung it up yet.

I talked to SVT yesterday about this. They said that they had an outside place making them, then something else happened, now they are in the process of getting the rest of them done in-house. They should be done & out soon.

So in other words: Call them every week or 2 & bug the cwap outta them.
