we are having a dyno day on april 13, 2003 at ASAP on Rt 8

What time? Do you know the best way to get there from East Liverpool, OH or from Youngstown? I'd like to have mine done. Unfortunitly it's the same day as our clubs meeting (Mahoning Valley Mustangs) but I could always blow that off. ;)

we are only having 16 cars and they like to group up all the cobras and do them at one time then all the lightnings etc..
thus a specific time is not yet available till we get registrations in

Thanks PJ. I've been to Quaker City a few times with our club. From work I can be there in about 10 minutes. We rent the track every August or September depending on he interest. Last year we had to cancel for lack of interest. :( If I'm able, I would like to try and make it. Keep us informed. :)

Gary, We are having a bunch of guys from the hollywood knights with us on the 25th and would really like to see you there. Our club ,by the way is not just SVT,S . It's for all owners of ford vevh. family owners ,regardless of year. In the power.--------2001 -----Lightning RED The fastest Color,bar none. Mustang Dyno at 15,000 RWH. You know better. 432 actual on mustang dyno. Pushin the limmit. Hope it stays together for the season. Love to run ya.

I'm going to be out of town for the weekend of the 25th but if I can break away I'm going to try and stop over to watch and meet some of the you. I'd like to put faces with the names. :tmb:

The Mahoning Valley Mustangs is holding our membership drive at A&W in Boardman on Sunday the 18th from 2-5. If you can, try to stop over and bring as many people as you can. This could be a great time to meet everyone in case I'm not able to make it on the 25th. I'm not officialy on the board for the club this year but I know they won't mind some fellow speed freaks. Maybe we could get our clubs to hook up. :) Just a thought...

Gary, I only live about 10 min. away and will be there on the 18th.Like you said,it would be nice to hook up clubs and faces.If any of the other guys are interested in the drags on the 25th. let me know. Some of the members from the hollywood knights Pittsburgh and Youngstown Chapters are going to attend ours and some of us are going to run in their flashlight drags from 7p.m. on, the same night. By combining clubs at some of these events we could make a huge draw and benefit all envolved.

PJ had asked me to hand out flyers at last months meeting for Quaker City. Out of 20 flyers I only had 6 left on the table. I'm not sure if anyone actually sent their forms and money back. I've been busy at work the last few months and have lost touch with the club. That's one of the reasons I decided not to be an officer this year. :(

I'll hook you up with our officers and activity director and maybe we can get our clubs together or caravan to some of the shows around the area this summer. I'll look forward to meeting with you on the 18th. Rain or shine we should be there. Look for the 01 Cobra with SNKBYTT on the plates. That will be me.

Got ya! I'm out of town a lot also and it does make it rough sometimes. I'll be driving the Red Lightning,lowered 2 in front and 41/2 rear. Shaker hood, 01 wheels in chrome.

That's what I'm hoping to do. Meet some new friends and add faces to the names. So if you can come down 03Kobra, we can make it a day of b.s.ing. I'm not envolved with the SVTOA, other than being a member, because most of my time is spent with the local mustang club. If I didn't have to drive a little over an hour to get to the Pittsburgh meetings I would probably try to do more. This event just happens to be in my back yard.

I'm sure we will have a Youngstown chapter in the future,just be patient. A local chapter would be great. Now that you don't have to own a svt I am sure that we can grow!
