I would like to put the cobra r rims on my car but I am not sure of the consequences. I dont want them to rub on the inside of the wheel wells or kick dirt all over the side of my car. Anybody have them on their car? Just wanting to know what bad stuff (if any) will happen if i put these beasts on my car. Thanks

I ran these on my '99 and, for a little while, on my '03. I don't think they kick up any more even though the fronts stick out from the fender line about a half inch with the stock alignment.

I had Kenny Brown Club Sport springs with about a 1.5 inch drop and the only rubbing I found was a hump on the driver's side fender liner. When the suspension bottomed out the tire rubbed that hump a little bit. I used a heat gun and pushed the hump back in and never had another problem.

I have had Fords' 2000 Cobra R rims on my car for over a year now. They don't rub anywhere. They fit exactly.
Don't buy those copycats in the magazines. They don't look quite right or fit as well.
I bought mine on line from Gene Evans Ford:
