Anybody had a problem with high idle, surging and hesitation on cold starts in their SVTF....I know I do and at work yesterday i searched it out and there is a fix for it....the TSB is 03-04-04.
The problem is in the rubber boots and clamps on the intake. Ford used hook clamps rather than worm drive clamps and the boots are not seated properly. There is also a PCM reprogram to go along with the repair....I ordered the parts for mine and will most likely see them this coming week....Shane
