:D Allright everyone interested, we are making a galliant effort this year to get our chapter up and running!! We completed a meeting last night and came up with at least a start. Our first chapter meeting is scheduled for March 15th @ Packey Webb Ford in Wheaton ( or is it Glenn Ellyn). We are trying to line up a technical demo for this one and will hopefully by then have more info for you regarding events this year. :tmb: Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Scott --

Tim and I will do our best to be there -- it depends upon an out of town job...

also,
if we can't make it -- keep us informed on the next meeting!

I am not a member of SVTOA but am associated with it as I have been asked to instruct at some of the SVT Experience events as an in car driving instructor. I hold an Instructor level competition license and have road raced since 1988. IF nothing comes up I plan on attending your meeting and meeting fellow SVT car owners. I own a 1993 Cobra R and most likely will pick up a used SVT Contour later this year as a replacement for my daily driver. A friend has a SVT Focus and I may see if he wants to come too.

Winddy is correct 10 AM on the 15th. We hope to get someone to talk about brakes, replacing pads etc. Not sure yet though. Otherwise we will discuss events this summer and just spend time together.
