Coupe vs Convertable

Is there a 1/4 mile difference?

The coupe has to be faster. As is always the case, the coupe is lighter and has a more rigid chassis. I think the spring rates differ on the 03's as well.

Convertible is about 150 lbs heavier, softer springs and much less stiff body structure but lots of fun with the top down.


I would expect a convertible to be kicked off any respectable 1/4 mile track for being too fast w/o a roll bar.
