Chapter Officers Needed

I'm attempting to complete the forms to re-charter the Windy City Chapter. However I need some volunteers. We have discussed this before but if I don't get names I can't finish the required forms. There are five chapter officers that MUST be filled to re-charter. They are: Chapter Director, Assistant Director, Activities Director, Secretary and Treasurer.

Gene DiMonte has agreed to fill the Asst Director position, thanks Gene. So we need;

Activities Director; This doesn't mean you have to do all the work, others have things they want to do. The activities director will organize efforts and keep things on track.

Secretary: Take notes at meetings and maintain list of members.

Treasurer: Protects our treasure.

There are also other less critical positions to fill, but until the big five are filled it really doesn't make any difference.

The Chapter officers as a group will guide the direction of the chapter by deciding on what events we want to host etc.

SOoo I need you to send me an E-Mail if you are willing to step up to one of these positions and get our chapter moving forward. Once we have developed a list of chapter officers we will have a officer meeting to make plans.

Griff, I would love to help and do what I can.

I don't think I would be able to be a chapter officer because of my disease -- I wouldn't re reliable enough. It hits when it wants to.....

however, I could "substitute" or be a "temporary" ......

activities director? I could assist with that ... I have some experience with that...

Thanks for the offer Bonny. We now have the required directors. We will be looking for an asist from anyone willing to help this summer.

I am glad to see it moving forward also. I hope to be participating with the Windy City on a regular basis. Also I would like to help with anything I can.
