Hey if anybody has any pics or tips to help with my install of the jdm full exhaust I would love to have it.

Thanks in advance,

Brandon

There should be some very complete instructions on JDMs web site at www.teamjdm.com. They are not very hard to install and the performance gains are unreal.

No dice on finding install help on jdm's page. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

thanks for trying,

Dave,

I've seen a couple posts of late from guys asking for Dyno graphs showing gains of before and after. Stock truck dynoed before full system and then dynoed after install. Do you have any such dyno graphs that would help out?
I figure with you being a JDM supplier/installer and all you would have something.

YO bruce this is forcefedcobra from nloc. I did get an email from a guy on there and he has a full picture archive of the install on his 03. I will have dyno numbers for my truck in a couple of weeks. I got 375 and 449 with just a chip and filter so I can get a pretty stock number for ya. If you would like the link for Haynie's pics here it is.

Brandon,
What's up? Glad you got that belt issue out of the way.
You are totally stock going to the full exhaust system???
If so......
Pleeeeeeeeze keep us posted and make sure you get the Dyno files e-mailed to you as well. Make sure they are SAE corrected and all the other Gospel truths. :D

You can see my mods on my sig. I have the 2# on but I am going to take it off and do a before and after so it will help EVERYONE out. My LT's should be in mid week and I will try to get them on thursday or friday along with the dyno. I will bring the graphs home and scan them to send to you. I wont be able to post them since f150 is jacking us. I will try to get them to you asap. If all goes well I will have it done before next saturday so I can go to the track and test it also.

Awesome...

Just make sure you do a search on NLOC and F150 on what you need to have documented and how for everyone to beleive it. ;) :D

I will just dyno it and print the sheet out. If they dont believe it then that is their problem. As long as it helps out the people that are there to help me. Like BRUCE!.... Dude are you going to lightning fest in Topeka? I know its a long time away but I only live about 4-5 hours from there and one of my best friends is a teacher there. I am going to go up and hang with him. He has an svt focus so it should be a good time. I just need to get some small things taken care of with the truck. Like the rest of the carbon fiber on the interior and saving up enough money to get some chrome 20 replica's. I should have enough for that and more after the summer with my lawn business on the side, my new job paying more, and my extra loan money from school.

Keep in touch bro!

Bruce Fed ex tracking says my package is in fort worth so it should be here monday or tuesday. I will try to get it put in and run on the dyno thursday or friday. It just depends on how much time it takes to put it in and if the shop is empty enough to dyno it. I wont be able to make it to the track cuz my old job is wanting me to still work some so that means weekends for a while. There is nothing like working 8-5 mon-fri and then working midnight til 8 am the next two days. I am just thinking that is some extra money for some drag radials or to spend towards my 20's.

I will keep you in tune and let you know as soon as I can,

That's awesome Brandon.

Please keep us informed as things progress. I am very anxious to see the gains if much at all with a "stock" truck.

Good luck on getting your package, I know how you feel with the waiting and all.

Bruce,

I have yet to dyno my own truck even though all of my customers have. I guess its true about the shoemakers kids are the last to get shoes, however I do track test everything I do, which to me is more important. I picked up 3 tenths and 2.5 mph in the 1/8 mile after installing JDM full exhaust kit. Hope this helps!!!

Unfortunately No.
That doesn't really help, unless you made that gain with a stock truck with the full exhaust system added to it. Or did you make those gains with just the Silver Bullet (cat back)?

Ok, We just had a dyno day here in Charlotte on Sat. An 02 HD SC was testing his gains from a JDM Full Exhaust. Here were his gains posted on the NLOC and I along with the others there saw his before graphs and numbers.

"Now for the really interesting news! My buddy also has an 02 HD. He has a 5lb pulley, a JDM chip and a modified air box with a K&N. The last time at the dyno he made 350rwhp and 439rwtq. Last week he had Dynamic Autoworks install the JDM full exhaust (after he rode in mine, he had to have it). This is the only other mod added to the truck since his last visit to the dyno. He made 381rwhp and 480rwtq! Yes, do the math! That's a 31hp and 41ft/lb of torque gain!"

I do think he had better air on Sat. than last time but not much better, it was in the 50's and humid. And they do say you get more gains with more boost.

I hope this helps. Jimmy

Bruce I got my LT's in but since it took 9 hours including a broken bolt on my starter selenoid and getting a flat on my way home I have yet to dyno it. I have my new lower and am waiting on my plugs and new chip but I am going to hold off and dyno it and then install the new stuff and dyno again. I am trying to get a dyno day set up for "LOOK" next month sometime where everyone can go and witness my full exhaust and gains.
