We are working on a on track near you... our elliot lake event I believe is close to you also...

We are also working on a show and shine / cruise up there for you

The SVT crowd around here is almost non existent. The dealer (Campbell Ford) Is run by a bunch of......Non enthusiasts. to put it nicely. Any show and shine I have attended has had maybe 1 SVT product. Pretty sad really. Gary at Donway has been great for keeping me posted about upcoming plans etc. I surely don't mind the drive to T.O. to attend any events there. I did get to the mosport day way back but only made it sunday and kinda late. Wish there were more tracks around here. maybe I'll head to the next show at Donway and add another first place trophy to my collection of 1..;) Even if I won by Default.. Next time I am gonna buy raffle tickets so I can get some of those ford chairs too!!

I think the lack of interest around here is mostly due to the lack of interest by our only SVT dealer. That is too bad. Maybe that is why they have 13 SVT Focuses left...

Ahhh theres at least one more focus to compete against now :)

We'll have to change the SVT enthuisum there... we''ll show up for the car show and have more then 1 SVT :D

When you folks figure something out about an Ottawa meet ya wanna co-ordinate it with FTW? Our Ottawa crew's usualy pullin 4 or 5 guys into our gtg's.........kinda small but it's another excuse to drink :bna

There are a few Focus enthusiasts out that way. There was some talk about an inter-provincial G2G between OFOC (Ontario Focus Owners Club) and Club Focus Quebec for the 2-4, but no further word yet.

But nice to see other SVTFs coming on board.

Being an Ottawa Focus SVT owner I would love to see an event up here. Maybe a cruise through Gatineau park and the other mountain roads around here. Always beautiful in the summer and fall. Everyone is right about Campbell Ford... they don't seem that interested in SVT although I got a good deal because they are desperatly trying to get rid of all their SVT Focuses.

Heya people with fast machines.......... It's JJ1 from FTW :cool: - Were having our monthly Ottawa Chapter GTG this SATURDAY MARCH 1st @ 11am, and I'm sure if you wanted to come out and talk Ford over a coupla pints you'd be more than welcome.

Please post in this thread on fordtruckworld so we know who all is gonna make it........We just plan on meeting there and then crusin somewhere else for grub then goin over to princess auto to see all the wonderfull stuff they have.......
