Build Certificate for 2002 ?

Anyone got their certificate for their 2002 L? I got my truck in Jan 2002 and I thought certificates would be out in November but I didn't get one yet.

If you haven't gotten one by now you are going to have to call SVT. Just call 800.367.3788 and they will hook you up.

shoot....I don't know of ANY 2002 SVT Focus owner that has one. They are WAY behind. I'd like to help them out somehow if I could.

The fellow at the 1-800 number said they should have been sent out by now, but they had a problem with their printing press and things were delayed. It shouldn't be much longer now.

By The Way, my title has a number on it "A55001" what does that number mean?

Did anyone ever locate the 10,000th SVT? A Grey 2002 Lightning I think?

Vehicle number 100,000 was a 2002 Lightning. It couldn't have been Grey as it was not a color choice for 02. If I remember right, I believe it was a True Blue and sold to someone in Florida. More sure of the color than location.

Not sure what the number on your title represents.

I was told sometime back that certificates stopped being automatically sent 30 days after the production run has ended. The 02's stopped production in the Fall of 02 so you should probably call the hotline to get one.

Called the #. SVTOA says it will take weeks for the certificates to arrive.

I am in no hurry so long as they eventually show up.

I got my certificate yesterday.

Not sure how to interpret the build date though: Is it Nov. 12 or Dec. 11? Wish they spelled out the month.

Anyone got their certificate with a date on it from the 13th & up, that can tell me with certainty which position is the month and which is the year? :wtf:
