Hi...newbie to SVTOA. I have a 2002 Mustang GT and I am wanting to swap my engine for a 03/04 engine but keep my automatic transmission. How much of a pain is the swap? Am I going to have to reflash my computer or get a cobra one? What automatic transmission have cobras been using to autos? Do I use headers for the Cobra Engine or the GT model? thank-you.
