03 Mineral Grey Cobra : Dynojet in ground unit, 3-runs with hardest being final one. My numbers: 445.2 rwhp and 444.0 rwtq, with over 400 ft. lbs. torque available from 2800 rpm till drop off at 6000 rpm. Air Fuel Ratio was 12:5 then under boost went towards 11:1 as got nearer to 6000 rpm. NOW comes the interesting part. My only modifications are ; K&N intake ( from Paul's High Performance ), Blower nosepiece w/#5lbs. pulley ( also from Paul's High Performance ), Spintech X-pipe w/cats ( from IdleWild Racing in Largo Fl ), Subframe connectors ( also from IdleWild). I am still running STOCK computer, STOCK exhaust manifolds ( no headers ), STOCK mufflers/tailpipes and STOCK spark plugs ! Considering I've spent less than $2000 dollars for all my modifications ( including installation ) , I have a totally streetable 500+hp car that runs on 93 pump gas. Ya gotta love this car's ability to make killer power !

MadMax sounds like you are satisfied with the outcome of your car, now the big question are you going to put it all back to stock so your warranty is not voided out. That way I won't have't to start adding things for more horspower. Racehrse

Rachrse, you know what I'm talking about when I say the car feels just perfect "right now", as in a nice streetable package. I was using your numbers as a goal and I was very close. I knew from reading a lot of articles that the car likes back-pressure. That's why I put the catted X-pipe on it and left the manifolds alone. Also, I left the stock 2 1/4 inch exhaust on it out of necessity because I haul my 2 yr old kid to pre-kindergarten every day. I can't have a NASCAR exhaust right now, so I had to make due the best I could. No, I have no intention changing it back to stock.....unless repairs dictate I need to. The car is just too much fun.

Keep your eye on the low end AFR. While the top end is rich enough there was at least one car in my neck of the woods that burned a hole in a piston because the low rpm, WOT AFR was extremely lean under the stock program. I think he might have been running a pound more boost or so than you.
I'm looking forward to my pulley :).

That's why I had the dyno run completed. But there were a lot of tuner shop personnel around when I made my pulls and they all agreed that it was safe "as is". I'm not going for any more boost and I'm truly waiting for Steeda or Saleen or Roush to come out with custom ECU mapping using their access to Ford's programming codes. That's the way I want to go. Steeda is already offering "Flash" programming of stock ECUs but not for the Cobra 03.......yet. Costs $399, you send him your box and he calibrates it to your mods. It's also compatible with all Ford dealer code readers and will not erase itself if hooked up to a dealer's diagnostic tester. I know my car still runs rich because every day I clean black soot off the rear bumper.
