LCD display

My LCD display in the guage cluster "flutters"
I mean it lightly fades in and out. I notice it shortly after I apply the brake mostly.. like there is a drop in power that shows up in the display..
anyone else notice this strange occurance ? ? ?

yes this is pretty well documented, several users have reported this. I've not heard of anyone getting it fixed however.

I just picked my svt up from the dealer, Tom Holzer Ford, yesterday for a small list of complaints. One of which was a flicker in the cluster illumination. The dealers/servise reps response was: "we have had many complaints from svt owners but no fix or service bulletin as yet"

really, unless this thing is flickering so badly that it effects nighttime driving there won't be anything done about it. It's just a case of poor quality wiring.
