Just awonderin' has anyone else had a problem with the trubendz Y-pipe? Finally broke down to buy it and after spending abit of time removing the original and thinking I was almost done..... the rear flange on the trubendz was welded perfectly horizontal and not like the original at a slight angle, and no it won't twist enough. To say the least I was a bit heated up, after a letter to the guys in Florida I will see what comes out of this. Anyway is this a problem anyone else has seen?

I'll find out this weekend as I am swaping out my stock Y pipe for the Trubendz one.
My stock one has developed a leak. It's some where near the Y part and it's on top so I can't see it, only hear it and feel the hot gases leaking out when I put my hand up there.
IF it doesn't line up I will just cut the flange off my exhaust and reweld it. I have the tools to do this so it's only a minor problem.

I did manage to get the pipe in place. Not quite an easy job but it is bolted together, the flanges are bent but the only way to sinch it up tight enough. Sent some photos to Trubendz so he could see what issues I was mentioning, he thinks it might have been put together wrong? All I know is it is finally attached, whew, and you can hear a bit more growl when running and now we can see if it will last more than 11 years like the original, which is still fine. Better luck with your attempt.
