I recently bought 6000k Hid Hi/Lo Headlight & Fog Light Kit, ... The hardest part is finding a place to mount the Ballast, there's one for each bulb. Looking behind the plastic grille intake (behind the front pony), on each side you'll see the perfect place for mounting the Headlight Ballast. I removed the radiator cover, looking down you'll see on each side in front of the radiator the plastic panels where you can mount the Headlight Ballast. The Fog Light Ballast where just as easy, .... mine where mounted just above my brake duct. (see the attached link for photos) The rest is plug & play.

Here's a link to some photos, click on the first photo (Stock OEM Headlights & Fog Lights) to enlarge it, and use the "next" tab to advance the photos.

There are many places to buy these kits from, some are even on e-bay. My advice to anyone would be to make sure you buy from someone in the USA, a place that has a address, not just a PO Box, and a phone number to call if you have any issues. Some of the good deal cheap light kits can fry your OEM wiring harness before you even know what's going on.

This is where I bought mine.
Here's a link.

Gar,
I did not take any photos of the light kits before the install. I'm sure there are those that can do a install in under two hours, .. but not me. I went to great pains to put all the wires inside a loom. I did not want any of the light kit to be seen, ... trying to achieve a factory look. You can not see the Ballast for the headlights from the front grille opening. The Ballast for the Fog lights are also hid from view. About 5 hrs. where spent on the install.

Kevin,
You just can't imagine how happy I am now that the Kitchen rehab is done. As most things go, ... too much time , too much money, ....... but I'm a happy camper now. You'll need to come by and have a look.

I'm glad to have some time to get back to playing with the cars.

Until the next project pops up.
Take all paper, pens, pencils and so on away so she can't write another honey do list. Then and only then will you be safe from more projects. :D

Gar,
Believe it or not, .. Margaret does not make a "honey do list", . she knows better. We both had planned on redoing the kitchen, .... it just took more time than either one of us thought it would. I never get and crap about doing things to the Cobras, ........... just one of those lucky guys.

I hear you. Sheri does not have a honey do list either.
We did our kitchen down to the studs 11 years ago.
Having a 121 year old Queen Ann Victorian the projects never seem to end....
Our next home just might be "NEW".
