Factory gt500 wheels

I just purchased 2 new SVT wheels exactly like the ones that are on my shelby gt500 for m/t street slicks, which I will be purchasing in the spring. Can anyone tell me what the small yellow sticker on the front outer edge of each rim means that reads "PEEL HERE"?

I just read something about this yesterday. I think you are to mount the tire with the red dot on the tire next to the yellow dot on the wheel. This is supposed to make it easier to balance the unit using less weights.
