Anyone know if Ford has plans for a 2009 GT500? I hope not. I hope they wait another 39 or 40 years to make one!

Yes the 09 will be built and most likely you will be able to buy them for MSRP or below.

I've read that the '09 GT 500 is coming. No production numbers have been released that I'm aware of.

Not so sure about that *at or below MSRP*, hans. From what I've read, some of those Cobras are going to Canada and Europe.

There will be 2009 GT500's. No changes, just carry over 2008 style & option packages. I understand from an "inside" source they are presently building a few -- saw a comp. orange one (with stripe delete pkg.) at Flat Rock, MI, cruise couple weeks ago. Get them while they are HOT, may be last of this breed!

2009's have arrived already. Canadian models now have the HID option (finally). We have a couple in stock, and are dealing on our last 08's. If anyone is interested, PM me to discuss further. We're still waiting for confirmation of Canada getting the 09 KR.

There is a full line and special packages like the KR and Red Stripe Appearance packages for 09 and the dealers seem to be closer or at list.

Besides 2009, there are already 2010 GT500 test mules (wrapped in covering of course) running around...

From what I've seen the 2010's are a better looking improvement over the 07's,08's. 09's.

Remaining 08's are going below MSRP, 09's MSRP or less. We got word last week that we are getting 3 09 KR's. Two are already sold and I have one left, going at MSRP, $93,000CDN
