My 1995 Cobra has been stalling. After use for an hour or so it will die. It has died at lights but also died once on the highway while cruising. Once in a while it's just hard to start. It usually restarts within a few minutes. The shop I use has been unable to find anything with diagnostics. I had them replace the fuel pump and relays without success.
I need advise. If anyone has had the problem and has a solution, that's great. If you have an idea of how to diagnose the problem, that would help. If you are aware of a good place to take it in the Denver area for service, that would work too.
Thanks,
Ken

When is the last time you replaced the fuel filter?
What about the EGR? If it gets stuck it can be very difficult to get it to idle.
There's also the IAC (Idle Air Control) that controls the throttle position at idle.
It's not throwing any codes at all?

The fuel filter was just replaced with the fuel pump. I am not sure about the EGR and IAC. Since the EGR and IAC are related to idle I'm not sure they're relevant since it also occurs at cruising speed.
The Check Engine light always comes on when stalling occurs but the service manager says no codes are recorded.

My 2003 was stalling and a re-flash took care of it.
It just might be a computer glitch.

Hmmm, if the check engine light comes on when it stalls, then the computer must still have power (to turn on that light). If the whole thing just went dead I'd suggest that you check the computer grounds - maybe they're loose.
The '94/'95 have the same type of TFI module as the '87-'93 5.0L's, which are known to fail erratically, causing the engine to shutdown, especially when the weather is warm. The TFI gets cooked, and from then on it fails whenever it warms up - and then works fine when it cools down. On the earlier cars, the TFI is mounted on the distributor body, which of course gets very hot from the engine block heating up. On the '94/'95's, it is mounted just below the factory air box on the inner fender apron. Have you checked this?

I had the same probem with my 95 Cobra..it would randomly die and them start up after awhile. Drove me crazy, replaced fuel filter, other electronic components, ended up being the distributor. If it is intermittent, then the distributor is an easy fix.

Did you ever find a solution or what the actual issue was. Just interested in the outcome.

The problem is definitely an issue with the dsistributor. I replaced my distributor with a billet one from summit racing and it started right up and no problem for about a year to which a pin sheared on the distributor gear causing the car to run bad due to the timing being off! Finally figured out after $900 for new cats!
