Visually, the driver's seat on a '94 Cobra is identical to a '94 (or '95, and maybe '96-'98) seat.

I've been told that the Cobra seat has a magnesium frame, but I've never bothered to test mine with a magnet, and I'd be unsurprised it it turned out to be steel, honestly.

Do you really need a 'new' seat, or just a used seat with low wear?
