I just read a thread in the 03 cobra forum that was dedicate on ways to lighten the car. I think it would be interesting to know what people are doing with the focus to lose weight.
I know my focus is almost the heaviest of the svt focus', I got the sunroof and radio. Since I wanted more I also have a small box and a 12" sub with a large amp. Still lighter than my "light" 73 ranchero. 4280 pounds ith 1/2 tank of gas. it had a 400, c6, 9", 235/15 and 275/15 front and rear respectively, aluminum radiator, aluminum intake, no a/c, p/s, p/b, one power window (pick-n-pull project that never got finished), hooker super comps, flows dumped at the axle, and bench seat.
How much weight does the sunroof and audiophile add to the party?
