I have to ask why you would pay $500 for a window sticker, especially if it isn't for your car? There is a guy on Corral who makes window stickers. He did a great job recreating my '94 Cobra window sticker.

I have what you're looking for if you are still out there and still intrested. The window sticker is still on the backing material and has never been used.
