With the lack of activity in this section, I'm not expecting much, but what struts and shocks do you guys like for running on a 93 Cobra. One of my Tokico 5 ways broke yesterday, the metal protective cover welds broke. While I may see if Tokico lives up to their limited lifetime warranty, I'm not going to hold my breath, as they are 10 years old and really don't owe me anything.

Who's do you recommemnd and where to buy them?

Thanks

I'm really happy with the Koni Yellow Sports (single adjustables) that I put on our '94 in '96.

When you say the 'metal protective cover' broke... could you describe that a little more? Maybe post a picture?

The cover is that metal tube on the top of the shock. It's only purpose is to act as a shield or cover to protect the shaft from debris.

The welds that hold the tube to the shaft broke. From the looks of things, they never penetrated into the base material on the cover. Oh well, they are 10 years old.

Thanks

Well, ended up buying a new set of Tokico's from Brenspeed. Killer price and quick delivery. Couldn't afford the Bilstein's I was considering, from On-Track Performance. Money's too tight these days.
