were headers on ur car when u did that sound clip??
how do u like the headers? did u feel a good gain out of them? what kind did u get? how did u install them? did u just drop teh k-member, then drop the motor a lil bit? thanks

yeah the clip was with all my mods in my sig. the headers (Ford Racing Shortys) were installed for free :D (becuase it was easy for them to do at the same time) when the internals were installed. i do have some clips from inside the car when it was basically stock with just the bassani exhaust. i could find those and post them if you woud like me to.

The headers look clean, improved the low end torque (which is nice since my boost comes from a cent. supercharger), and made the car sound a little deeper (if i took the cats out it would be pretty loud i'm thinking). I didn't have them before i added the blower, but i couldn't use the boost because of new internals so i drove around for a few hundred miles without the boost and noticed it pulled a lot easier in the lower RPMs (could be from the other mods installed at the same time i duno...) to sum it up, it was worth it to me becuase i didn't have to waste any time or money to install them and they seem to help the low end torque and having forced induction i am hoping they let the engine "flow" better than the stock manifolds. i probably wouldnt have got them if i didn't supercharge the car though.
i just never hear my car from the outside so i have no clue if it sounds nice... i like the sound from the inside though. the bassani xpipe (with cats) and catback have a pretty heavy drone at around 2.1k rpm without the baffles, and the headers seem to mangnify...
i love going though tunnels though and i'm sure you will like the bassani if you want to "hear" your car but not get a major headache... ...minor maybe... :tmb:
