had my shelby on the highway traveling back to Ft Sill oklahoma and ran into some bad weather slowed the car down to 60 and was fine until i came over a hill to find some dumb ass driving 30 in a 70 so i ended up 30 feet off the side of the highway on some railroad tracks. It will cost 3200 to fix the damage on the car, with no frame or suspension damage i guess it could have been alot worse. :upst:

Damn that sucks man. It's good to be cautious but there's a point where you are being too cautious and more of a danger than anything. You are right in that it could have been worse though.

Glad you're okay. Do you have any pics of the damage?

I think it should be a crime more agressively prosecuted when you're caught driving so far under the speed limit. If you're so frightened of the weather you should pull off to the side of the road, not drive at a terribly unsafe speed to those around you.

Clearly, his poor choice as a driver caused this accident.
