Hey anybody know a good place to start on how to fix a bouncing speedo. The only thing i know that it's not is the speedo gear in the tranny. Any info would help.

Are you sure it is not the gear? I have seen the gear loose teeth and have also seen it slip where it attaches to the tranny. I imagine that the same thing can happen in the cluster, but have never seen it.

I do not think anything else can cause a bouncing speedo.

If it's not the speedo gear then the only other things it can be are the VSS sensor or gauge itself. On the '94 there's nothing else between the gauge and the tranny.
