Does any know i can purchase trunk carpet for my cobra. when i purchased it, the carpet, jack & spare tire were gone :guns: and another thing does anybody else's car have a large gap between the shifter bezel and the lower part of the dash

Latemodel restoration, or any of the large advertizers in mustang magizines will have them, all the trunks all the same. Junkyard would be a good place to score all your missing parts..the 99-2004 GT should have same size spare, or close enough for emercency use

Thanks for the Info, i have seen some spare tires on ebay for about $175.00

How big of a gap? If this is your first Mustang, they are not known for their fit & finish.

Just throwing in my 2 cents here. The only spare that will fit the front brakes is one from a 94-04 cobra, bullitt, or mach1. The GT spare won't clear.

Those photos are about on par with what mine looks like...maybe a little bigger of a gap on yours. I would have to run outside and look at mine to make a better comparasion.
