Question for all the mechanically inclined out there.
I have an 03 Cobra Vert. In honest opinions, what would be the best clutch to upgrade too from the basic stock model?? And if possible, where I could find one to buy and who would be the best to install.
Thanks a lot.

I have an 03 Cobra. Although I have very limited experience with this car I did have, and got rid of, a 1990 Nissan 300Z Twin Turbo. Five clutches in one year..Problem? Poor engineering I suspect...as clutch disc way too small. I cured my problem by going to a Centerforce.
If you have clutch problems on an 03, I'd be sitting at my dealership requesting a warranty replacement......
just my .02 cents worth..

No, no problems, just looking to upgrade it a little bit.

I must admit....my left leg has beefed up since my purchase...the resistance...is quite.."heavy". Centerforce is different as it doubles the "clutching" area without addional push for the driver's leg....It REALLY worked well on the 300Z application. Again, I don't know how it would fair with the 03....but I'd at least give them a call and see.........good luck...;)

I'd say wait a little longer and give time to the after market peeps to come up with something a little "better"? The clutch requires a heavy and strong left foot, knee and leg :D. I guess they made it that way to handle all that power :wtf:
