Under the Christmas tree was a gift a bottle of Motul RBF 600 racing brake fluid, the instructions warn not to use this fluid in Magnesium cylinders or reservoirs, and is not suitable with mineral oil systems, My question is will I be able to use this fluid in my 01 Cobra??

All the open track racers around here say stick with Ford brake fluid. Is about the best stuff going and much less expensive than the aftermarket fluid. Most run Ford fluid in their spec racers, etc.

I've been running Motul brake fluid for 6 months with no problems whatsoever. Maximum Motorsports staff recommend it, it's in their catalog and web-site, so I reckon it's very safe for our brake systems. I was having trouble with the stock fluid heating too much on track days with brake pressure lost: Motul solved that. :tmb: Walter
