SVTOA National On Track schedule moves to Summit Point Raceway's brand new Shenandoah Circuit in the beautiful "panhandle" of West Virginia. 'Mountaineer Madness', May 4-6, 2007 and is presented by the SVTOA Eastern Region, Brooks Performance, Pittsburgh, Delaware Valley, Boston, Lancaster, Rochester, Long Island, and Free State Chapters of SVTOA.

Online registration is now open at: http:www.svtoa.motorsportreg.com

Summit Point's Shenandoah Circuit is a lot of fun to drive and learn - some nice hills, esses and a couple of very fast straights will make for a great learning experience, even for the more experienced drivers. Now add in beautiful, park-like setting and clubhouse, and this event is always one of our most popular venues.

'Where is it', you say?? Summit Point Raceway is located approximately 70 miles west of Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD. This is very close to many of you that have never had an On Track event anywhere near where you live! Now you do! So, don't say we didn't tell you about it soon enough...because if you miss out on 'Mountaineer Madness' you will be sorry!! Now, where else can you sign up for a full weekend of driving on track, and a driving school for only $350?

You're saying, 'I've never done this before.' Don't worry, we all had to start somewhere and what better opportunity is there than learning with a professional instructor sitting next to you and driving with your fellow Ford owners? You learn at your own pace... with plenty of time on the track.

So ask yourself, "Do I want to put a smile on my face?" Well, we think the answer is YES! To accomplish this goal, all you need to do is register for this event. We'll guarantee that you leave with a big smile... no matter what your driving ability is when you arrive on Saturday.

The fun begins Friday night at the Meet ‘n Greet. There will be a special raffle held for only those people who register and tech there cars Friday night. Everyone who does this will receive a ticket for a chance to win a “FREE” entry to the 2008 Mountaineer Madness. These tickets will NOT be sold at any time. We will also be serving pizza and soda throughout the evening. Saturday night Brooks Performance will once again be giving away another incredible prize package to one lucky raffle ticket holder.

Schedule of Events:

Meet 'n Greet and Tech/Pre Registration at Summit Point Raceway

Saturday, May 5
Registration/Tech Inspection
On Track Driving Activities on the Shenandoah Circuit

Sunday, May 6

See you on track!

Just went to the registration site and the "Register" button is not active. There's still the "More" link.

Also, I have not received my membership package and do not know my membership number. (Left home Feb 21st and won't be back until April 15th, so can't check to see if/when I receive my package.)

HHHmmmm... for some reason, it isn't showing up on the SVTOA part of the site... try going to http://www.motosportreg.com and see if it shows up there.

After registering on the site, here's what shows up for SVTOA - East:

May 4-6 SVTOA - East Summit Point More...
May 4-6 SVTOA - East Summit Point More...
May 5-7 SVTOA - East Summit Point Register

Don't know if it's my ISP or what, but can't seem to get the Bank Transaction to work, keep getting "There was a transaction error connecting with the bank caused by: Unable to acquire lock in 90000 msecs"

Will keep trying...

Now I'm getting "This payment has already been submitted! Do not click the button twice or resubmit the page! If you continue to have problems, please contact us", but I never got a confirmation that any transaction was accepted.

Very frustrating!

Bruce,

Register via http://www.motorsportreg.com .... I did last night.

I talked with Brian on the phone this AM... motorsportreg.com needs to "recycle their cache" so that the Summit Point event shows up on the SVTOA page.

That means you're all out of MONEY! You keep spending it on track stuff. :bash:

We have 19 cars of the Boston chapter making the trip this year. I was hoping to beat last year's count of 23, but we'll still have a decent crowd there. :)
