The Central Region will be putting on its annual SVTOA On-Track event at Texas World Speedway, College Station, TX.

Seriously, Texas World Speedway offers something for everyone! From the first-timers all the way up to those sick Track Dawgs and NASA racer dudes. Rumor has it, we've already got instructors from California and Pennsylvania coming in just for this big ol' event.

If any of you Lightning pilots want to know a good track for your truck, Texas World Speedway is it !!! I drive 1100 miles to get there and its worth it. This will be my third year making this trip, and it won't be 100 degrees this time!

HEY, Dell and I just got some fun news today...

Dean Martin, Larry Rehagen and several members of Rehagen Racing (http://www.rehagenracing.com) will be attending this event and bringing one (hopefully two) of their newest Grand Am Koni Challenge Mustangs to "shake down" before their next Grand Am Cup races! :D

Dean has also graciously offered (OK, I had to talk him into it and bribe him with some liquid refreshments) to field some Q's at the Sat PM BBQ-eatin' about his role in the development of the 2000 Cobra R and the new GT-500 (aka 2005 SVT Cobra).

Still room to sign up for some high-speed learnin' and turnin' at TWS... :bna
