Got one hell of a deal on a 98 CSVT

I just purchased (read: 3 weeks ago) a 1998 Contour SVT for....get this...800 BUCKS!!! A little history: My aunt ordered it in the early part of 1997 after a test drive of the SVT showroom mule. It has roughly 175000 miles on it and still makes that ungodly cool SVT sound whin it hits between 4000 and 5000 in ANY gear. It isnt pretty (yet) due to it getting the very uncool end of a hail storm (body AND windshield). The side skirts are sagging and missing the little squares. Other than that (and some neglected maintence) the car is in really good shape....I was wanting to know....my aunt said she couldnt find the SVT certificate that tells what production # it is...how would I go about finding out that info?
