well, we have three of them but only pictures of one so far (the 2000). We will try to get a picture of the three of them together next time they are all clean .....
considering the time of year, that may take awhile.

Now, to dig out those pictures of the 2000 ...

Add me to the list. Pictures to come. Happy to report my '98 stock black CSVT can still race BMWs and Merc's near 150 mph because of the distinct lack of a governor :spinem: . Plus, the top gas is 98 octane, you just pay for it up the nose. Now need to replace the stock brakes. Suggestions?

You can go with the SVT focus brakes for a mild upgrade. Or if you're wanting full track style brakes I'd recommend www.tceperformanceproducts.com

HI GUYS,
I AM A PROUD OWNER OF A 2000 CONTOUR SVT . I DON'T SEE MANY OF THEM OUT THERE. HOW MANY ARE IN THE CLUB AND IN THE CHICAGO AREA. MINE IS BLACK WITH DARK GREY INTERIOR MOSTLY STOCK. WHAT WOULD BE THE FIRST COUPLE OF SPEED PARTS SHOULD I START WITH? I WAS THINKING K&N FILTER,CHIP AND EXHAUST.

Check out www.contour.org it's the largest of the contour forums and has a great supply of information, just use the search feature as much as possible as some of them get irritated with people asking questions that have been answered countless times. I love my SVTF's brakes,.. they rock the hizzy,. go with the focus brakes if yuou want something a little better and not so expensive

I have for sale the Kimble print of the Contour SVT, professionally mounted and framed. I received this print in the winter of 2000, and received one of the last from Ford directly.
