which wire and where do you find the signal to drive a tach or proform shift light?
Do you need to get the tach driver from ford racing?

It is my sisters cobra and I do not want to screw anything up on it.
Thanks, Jason.

The easyway is to get a tach adapter from autometer or msd, they work greatand have complete instructions. Rachrse

you wouldn't happen to have any part numbers, would ya?
I went to summit's website and found the msd-8491, but I am not sure if that is the MSD one that you are talking about.
The on from autometer in the jegs catalog is $62, the msd on the summit website is $15. and the ford racing is $58 (sugg. retail).
Thanks for replying as quick as you did.

Bubba I'm using an autometer tach adapter model 9117and autometer shift light model 5340. I'm not sure what the price of it was, autometer also has a adjustable shift light that works great. Let me know if you need any help on the install it's easy but the wire you hook to may be hard to find the first time. I can send you a pic that will help. Rachrse
