Cobra vs Saleen vs Roush

I've seen all the Stangs at the dealer but, haven't riden in one. I thought the Rmodel Cobra was the baddest but, this sales guy is telling me No ! the Saleen IS ! Anyone got the real deal who has been around them at track or street ? Thanx! :cbra: :cool:

By the way a SVT Cobra R and a Jack Roush model MUSTANG are by no means the same animal or in the same group. A Jack Roush Mustang comes in 3 stages....first being nothing much more than some badging and what not to identify it as one....the second is a nice set of wheels, side exhaust and a hood similar to the new GT hood, along with more badging and interior mods...not much on the hp side though.........the 3rd is infact supercharged and has a new Cobra style hood.

The Cobra R is a bad dude with tons of power and is built to race straight out of the box.


The Saleen editions also come in stages and they can be some mean machines........infact a couple of yrs ago George Foreman had Saleen make one especially for him and i do believe it was some ungodly 5.4 liter twin supercharged monster........well above the average consumers wallet.:cool:
