What kind of Dyno is it?
Did you dyno your car there in stock trim?
Dynos work best as a comparison between before and after making mods, since they can read very differently depending on the type.
That being said, that HP number does seem low. Does this place have a database of cars, say a stock '94 Cobra under similar conditions?

My exhaust/pulley 94 GT put down 220hp/290tq, so yeah it was def down on power. I think most stock 94/95 cobras put down ~ 225rwhp, and with mild boltons can make about 240rwhp.
Did you get an a/f reading?

With fresh from the box TFS Twisted Wedge heads (no gasket matching, no porting, no milling to get the chamber volume down - they're huge! So, I have fairly low compression), and 1.5" primary JBA shorty headers (unequal length), and a 2.5" H-pipe with cats from MorFlow (MagnaFlow), and a 2.5" Edelbrock cat back...
My numbers are: 260 rwhp, 301 rwtq, on a Dynojet, in SoCal heat.
