68' mustang fastback-can it use brembo brakes

I want to install Brembo brakes in the rear of my fastback,but should I leave the ones that it has on now in the front :hrs: or should I just do all of them. Also what type of shocks should I buy for the front, KYB's or Koni's. I want to put 15x8's all around with american racing rims. :hrs:

I have a 67 fastback and nothing is just that easy but if your going all out go all the way. Is your set up all stock right now? And if your running those kind of breaks you need to go bigger than 15's. As for shocks i have ran with the Koni blue's, there stiff and you feel every imput from the car, i like them a lot

Sorry to bring up a dead topic, but I would say... even if you already have front disc brakes, I would upgrade the FRONT brakes on a vintage Mustang before upgrading the rears to disc. The fronts do the vast majority of the work to stop the car. The stock valving with front disc/rear drum (at least on my '66 GT when I had it) locked up the rears just slightly earlier than the fronts, which is somewhat dangerous. That might have something to do with running modern tires vs. vintage bias ply tires, though. I can't imagine that the stock setup was designed to lock up the rears first, since it can result in a spin.
