I have a stock stereo system and not too long ago, while driving, I noticed the engine humming through the rear speakers only. It's like listening to a bad AM radio station in an even worse radio system :upst: . It's very annoying since it is a background steady noise that happens while either the radio or CD is playing (volume dial does not affect its intensity). Turn the volume down completely (or mutting it) and you can still hear it hummming. Shut the stereo off and the humming lasts a couple of seconds until the stereo powers down completely. It does not happen all the time and only while driving. It happened several times yesterday so I was going to take it to the dealer today but the stereo worked fine until this evening, so unless the noise is continuous they won't be able to trace the source. So I'll wait until it happens all the time. :knock: This "problem" has been present even before I installed my mods.
And the CD player sometimes fails to eject CD(s). I have to carefully wiggle the CD slot with my pocket knife, and voila the CD ejects. No sticky home made labels in any of my CD's.
Any thoughts?
