Date set for Tour of the Ford GT Production Facility at Wixom

Last year, we toured the Saleen facility to see the first part of the GT assembly process, now you get to see the rest of the story.
There is a limit of 25 people who can take the tour at one time, so we’ve decided to run two tours. One on March 15th and one on March 16th. You can come to either day. The tour will be the same.
The cost will be $10.00 per person, payable at the door.
RSVP to info@svtoa-semi.com and let us know which date you plan on coming. If you don’t RSVP, we can not guarantee you a spot. Those who sign up first get their choice of days. We have had some trouble with our E-mailbox recently, so if you get your message bounced back to you, please send an E-mail to Jpfeiffe@Yahoo.com.

As you know, Wixom has been slated to close, so this is one of your last chances to see this assembly plant.

Want to go for FREE? We need volunteers to help with logistics. If you are interested, please E-mail John Pfeiffer at Jpfeiffe@Yahoo.com. He will choose the volunteers that he needs, and those volunteers will have their participation fee waived for the event!

Meeting time is 5:00 pm in the visitor loby of the Wixom plant.
The plant is located at 42 30' 15" North Latitude and 83 32' 20" West Longitude (I'm such a smart A$$ - but that really is where it is.)

Actually if you want to mapquest it, the address is 28801 S. Wixom Rd., Wixom, MI 48393.

From the Ambasador Bridge, get on I-96 west and continue until you get to exit 159 (Wixom rd.) Take Wixom road north about one half mile, and you're there.
