Does anybody know which companies and/or where to get IMRC delete plates for a 98 Cobra? Is there more than one manufacture?

Go do a search at www.svtperformance.com. There have been several threads over there regarding this.

You already have 98 IMRC which are basicly the same thing as the deletes. All you have to do is remove the rod and butterflys and epoxy the holes and you have deletes. Remove the actuator box and have a chip burned or updated for this mod. Paul's High Performance is the only place that will have the deletes for sale. They are located in Jackson,Michigan. FRPP stopped making them.
