Funny you should say that!
I wanted a Competition Orange or Azure Blue, but settled for my second least favorite color ahead of Black(Cant see the stripes :wtf: ) ....Zinc Yellow. I pick it up at the end of the month!
My wife loves it and I have to say it is really growing on me. My Boss at work has a Screamin Yellow and I really did not want a yellow Mach. But alas, We had a Zinc Yellow '03 GT on the lot(I work for a Ford dealer) so I have been driving it to lunch the last couple of days and I parked it next to his Mach and what do ya know! It is alot different and I really love it now.

I am the proud owner of a 2003 Black Mach 1 (with silver stripes, so they can be seen). I have driven the last 3 SVTOA On Track events at Summit Point.

Now that the "new" SVTOA is looking for broader support, don't you guys think its past time that the club recognize that Mach 1s should be considered first-class SVTOA citizens? After all, the production runs were smaller than SVT Cobras in 2003 and 2004, and there ain't going to be any more.

It steams me to see our cars in the "non-SVT" category!

National SVTOA folks made a strong pitch at the dinner Saturday night about needing support from all Ford-powered enthusiasts, and urging us to join SVTOA so that it has more clout with sponsors, Ford, and everyone else. I want to help, and have ponied up the annual dues. But why should I if the car I love is left out in the cold?
