voided warranty - I hope not!

According to Federal Statute umpty- ump, Chapter umpty-ump,
Section ??, Sub-Section ??, Paragraph watcha-mahoogy, ect.

Warranty cannot be voided when a computer Module is up-graded
for enhancement within pre-set factory limits(by manufacturer)
above factory setting.

I have a copy of the Statute @ home - but you can get a copy of the Statute from any company envolved with manufacturing computer Modules.

Although Diablo did say if I had any problem @ all, which might
involve Diagnostics, I should remove the chip before bringing
the car in! This returns everything back to stock settings.

I'll just keep my fingers crossed for 33000 miles.:huh: :spinem:
