My dad and I just did a compression test on his 99 Cobra. All the cylinders are in the 175- 180 psi range w/ 4 compression strokes. The problematic cylinder #6 is only at 90 psi. #4 wasnt too good either at 144 psi. We're going to pull the heads off of the car in the next couple of weeks. The shop manual says that the motor has to be removed from the car. Has anyone had experience pulling heads off of these motors w/ the engine still in the car? I think we're going to attempt it w/ the motor in.
