I am a hard core yellow car fanatic. I have a Chrome Yellow (which was called "Canary Yellow Clearcoat" then) '95 'stang GT vert. When I bought my Superformance Cobra, I had it (and its hardtop) color matched to the 'stang.
Now I see that "Screaming Yellow" is available next year. Since my wife would be more than happy to use my current red (her favorite color) '02 as a 2nd car to her AWD minivan, my question is:
Is there any chance that the new "Screaming..." is actually the "old" Chrome Yellow, or is it a whole new shade? I would really like to know this, BEFORE I go off & add a blower to the red one or what not.
I would love to "complete the set" if they match.
I admit this is anal, but I have a Buell Lightning which is "Reactor Yellow". When it's alongside the Cobra & you look back & forth between the 2, it's nauseating (to a yellow fanatic).
PS: Life must be pretty good if this is worth worrying about, eh? Hope the North Koreans don't screw things up!
