Is it rear wheel drive? I would think it would almost have to be to get ANY kind of traction with it! :)

I believe it is rear wheel drive from the bottom picture Ken! That rear differential is not a front wheel drive trans-axle.

Photoshopped? It doesen't appear to be.

it is real wheel drive, and it is real... the cost for a turn key just like the one above is 65,000 US plus the donor focus...


one question left... anyone got 65,000 US I could have? I already have the focus :D

It looks like it was done with the kit that lets you stuff a 302 into a Focus.

its actually a company that striped down a 03 cobra, use the engine and all suspension parts on the focus I'll see if I can get the info

I'm willing to give up the focus motor... but the car no... I want the 03 engine :D

I saw this car in the flesh earlier this month at the PRI show in Indy. There was major work done to the fire wall to fit the engine into the space under the Focus hood. There was also another Focus there with a 5.0. The company that did this swap is selling kits to do it. I picked up a flier on it to give to a friend with a SVT Focus who has complained about a problem with his car of a intermitent temporary loss of power. I think that a 302 under the hood would cure that!
