A business partner of mine the other day said that he saw a cobra with a "cobra head shifter handle on it. I have since been looking all over the place for one. does anybody know where i can find one if they exist at all? Looking for some help, thanks;)

I've seen that one in catalogues before, but he was saying that it was a "figurine" (spelling) of sorts that was on there as the shifter knob.
If you have a rosewood one send me a pic of that, I woul like to see it.
thanks for the input fellas.

I bought the snake head from ebay under cobra. I don't know if he still offers this item or not but you can take a look. Rachrse

I was at Discount Auto the other day ( highway 54 near Heritage Ford ) and I saw a chrome Cobra Head figurine shifter with red eyes ( Ha, Ha ) in the ricer section. No I did not purchase it. The one Rachrse is selling is gorgeous compared to the one I saw !

MadMax I have one of the crome ones with the red eyes, my son put it in my car said it would match my door locks. I got a big kick out of it so I bought some Cobra valve stem head's and put them on his chevy cavalier. He has't found them yet, and went to Ronnie Setser's car show. I will hear about them tomorrow.

That's pretty damn funny ! That Cobra shifter "Head" looked like you would slam your knuckles into the console with the way Ford has that stock lever positioned ( I'm talking about the chrome snake head ) ?

I never got the chance to find out I took it out of the car and wraped it up to give to a friend for Christmas. He told me he has always wanted a Cobra. Found the valve stem cobra heads neatly setting in front of each one of my tires this morning. I don't think my son liked them too much. Rachrse
