A group of us are looking into renting Nelsons Ledges race track on Wed, Aug 24th, in the morning. The cost is about $2000. So we are looking for some other track dawgs who would be interested in running this historic track. :spinem:

At this time we have given up on doing Nelson Ledges because of cost for 5 people. :frn:

We may stop by and see the track on our way to Gingerman from Watkins Glenn.

Do you know the status of this week's "Woodward" track event?

You might check in with NorthCoast SVTOA Activities Director [Jim Pracker]; he is the SCCA licensing chief for the SCCA group that uses Nelson Ledges. He can give you all the corner details

No I do not know that status of the track event at Waterford Hills. It is a fun track, short, but alot of fun.

These are lists of events that club members can attend; not chapter controlled events.

However, I want NorthCoast SVTOA to run events like the Nelson Ledges track-day!

I figured that it was a list of activities, but what exactly is that activity?

Simply a list of events that members can opt to attend. FunDay events at Nelson cost $5 to get in and about $120 to drive.

I have been there on FunDays about 6 times over the years
